The doors can either be 3x7 ft or 7x8 ft doors, depending on the locker size. Smaller units will have a 3x7 ft door, whereas our larger units will have a 7x8 ft roll-up door.

For exterior units, you can access your space 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Interior units are accessible from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 365 days a year.

We have dollies on-site that are available for use. Our spacious driveways between our buildings enable customers to drive right up, making dropping off or picking up fast and easy.

Yes, we prohibit the storing of explosives, flammable liquids, firearms, weapons or ammunition, perishable food, dry goods, plants, animals, noxious substances, gas canisters, aerosol cans, and any illegal items or goods prohibited by the law. If you have any questions, our staff are available to help.

The items placed in self-storage units are the sole responsibility of you, their owner. Black Tusk Storage does not insure goods, nor do we provide insurance. If your insurance does not cover stored possessions, check with your local agent about acquiring “all-risk” insurance coverage for your possessions. Ensure that the coverage states the address of our centre.
